In the capacity of Construction Manager, Hipperson Construction will work collaboratively with the Owner and the Design Team to offer construction input in the design stage. Construction input at this early stage will result in value to the client in the form of more accurate budgeting and scheduling and quite likely, overall project cost savings. Beyond the design stage, our team of construction professionals will manage sub-trade qualification and tendering, subcontract awards, construction scheduling, job costing and on-site quality control and management. And very importantly, provide the client along the way with up to date, accurate cost control and scheduling information.
