With aspirations to surpass the expectations of our clients and remain competitive among other construction companies Regina, there is a continual effort for our Project Managers and Estimators to stay up to date with educational opportunities offered by construction industry associations and proven training providers.
For our site crews, the same holds true.
There are minimum training standards for all of our site employees including laborers right through to the supervisors and safety officers. When a project kicks off, the team is assembled based on each individual’s area of specialty, their relevant knowledge and training, and their ability to work together as a high functioning team.
Supporting our cast of construction experts is an administrative and accounting team that boasts over 30 years of experience in their own area of expertise, having dealt with a wide array of clients, owner representatives and construction contracts. Their knowledge of contract documents, project billing, and legislative compliance contributes to each and every project no matter how big or small.
