Spanning three floors in the heart of downtown, this 55,000sf space was designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification – reflecting the Clients vision for sustainability and innovation.
The office brings together modern workstyles with flexible meeting spaces, breakout rooms, a vibrant lunchroom, tech hubs, and more. Acoustic design was also a major focus to ensure comfort and privacy throughout.
Delivered in 14 months, this project was a true team effort with all stakeholders working closely from start to finish.
