About the Project
Hipperson Construction, one of the top construction companies in Saskatchewan, led the Design/Build of a multi-use facility that included a detailed civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical design team. The Administration area consists of various amenities, such as offices, showers and changing facilities, washrooms, a kitchen, a break room, and a control center. In the Water treatment plant area, the team installed a trench drain system, containment curbs, pipe rack, and epoxy painting and flooring. The project also included the construction of a Warehouse, welding shop, electrical, and laboratory space.
As part of the project, the construction team supplied and installed a 26,000 sqft Pre-Engineered Building with Robertson Building Systems Insulated Metal Wall (R-30) & Roof Panels (R-40). The building also features insulated overhead doors and coiling fire shutters, advanced electrical distribution and cable trays, and state-of-the-art mechanical systems to enable climate control and cooling of electrical control equipment.
