Inland Steel Products Lloydminster

This Design Build project for the Inland Steel Products group involved the construction of several steel buildings, including a 13,000ft2 Pre-Engineered building. The building was designed to include 11,000ft2 of warehouse space and 2,000ft2 of office space, and was completed using steel building construction techniques. In addition to the construction of the building, the project also included exterior site developments such as the installation of 2 new truck scales, a modular scalehouse building, and associated concrete, mechanical, and electrical work. The use of steel buildings allowed for a quick and efficient construction process, while also providing a durable and long-lasting structure for the client.
