About the Project
Hipperson Construction, one of the reputable construction companies in Saskatchewan, was tasked with Phase 1 and 2 of this construction project.
Phase 1 involved the construction of a new rail spur, a new construction slab structure, and an extensive stormwater retention system to suit the new site layout.
In Phase 2, the project entailed the complete interior and exterior renovation of an existing 18,000ft2 building. The interior renovation activities included asbestos abatement, demolition, infill of masonry openings, steel stud walls, painting and vinyl coverings, carpet and tile flooring, millwork cabinets and vanities, overhead doors, aluminum windows and all new electrical and mechanical. The exterior improvements comprised of concrete piles, underground utilities, concrete aprons, paving, installation of weight scales, new cladding, and signage.
