About the Project
This 75,000sf mixed-use pre-engineered building serves as Inland Steel’s headquarters, and is comprised of 55,000sf of warehouse space and 20,000sf of modern office space. Site developments included 4 truck scales, 2 scalehouses, a rail scale, 280,000sf of asphalt surfacing, 460,000sf of granular surfacing, and a new underground stormwater retention system, across the 33 acre site.
