About the Project
This Regina construction project involved the interior demolition of the Derrick Building, the former headquarters of Imperial Oil, to create a 180-assisted living complex. The work also included a total replacement of curtain walls, a complete exterior and interior renovation of the existing 5-story building, and an addition of two more stories. Furthermore, installing geothermal heating and solar panels was also a part of the Regina construction project.
